Аннотация: Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена важностью сохранения и укрепления традиционных российских духовно-нравственных ценностей, значимостью формирования бережного отношения к русскому языку у дошкольников с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ). В исследовании определяется значение русского языка как части национальной культуры. Подчеркивается необходимость формирования у старших дошкольников с общим недоразвитием речи (ОНР) ценностного отношения к русскому языку не только в рамках элементарного осознания явлений языка и речи, но и при коррекции нарушений грамматического строя речи, в частности — в работе над пониманием значений словообразующих и словоизменительных морфем, в связи с чем подробно рассматриваются их функции. Описаны цель, методика и результаты экспериментального исследования по выявлению состояния грамматических компонентов речевой системы у детей с ОНР III уровня. Раскрываются пути формирования понимания значений морфем русского языка и содержание ценностно-смыслового подхода в логопедической работе с опорой на эффективный алгоритм коррекционных приемов. Отмечается важность партнерских отношений логопеда и семьи ребенка с речевыми нарушениями. Подчеркивается значимость воспитания ценностного отношения к русскому языку для повышения эффективности логопедической работы по развитию речи обучающихся с ОНР и коррекции нарушений грамматического строя речи, для определения уровня понимания русского языка как элемента русской культуры, ценности и осмысления его в качестве значимой составляющей гражданской идентификации.

Abstract: The relevance of the research topic can be attributed to the importance of preserving and strengthening traditional Russian spiritual and moral values and the importance of forming a careful attitude towards the Russian language among preschoolers with disabilities. The study highlights the importance of the Russian language as a part of national culture. The article emphasizes the need for the formation of a value-based attitude towards the Russian language among older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment (GSU), not only within the framework of elementary awareness of the phenomena of language and speech, but also in correcting violations of the grammatical structure of speech, in particular, in the work on understanding the meanings of word-forming and inflectional morphemes, in connection with which their functions are considered in detail. The article describes the aim, the methods, and the results of an experimental research meant to identify the state of grammatical components of the speech system in children with GSU level III. The study reveals the ways of forming the understanding of the meanings of morphemes of the Russian language and the content of the value-semantic approach in logopedic work based on an effective algorithm of rehabilitation techniques. The authors highlight the importance of partnership between a speech therapist and the family of a child with speech disorders. The study emphasizes the importance of fostering a value-based attitude towards the Russian language in order to increase the effectiveness of logopedic work aimed to develop the speech of students with GSU and to correct grammatical violations of speech and to determine the level of understanding of the Russian language as an element of Russian culture, to realize its value, and to consider it as a significant component of civil identification.
