Аннотация: Статья посвящена психолого-педагогической реабилитации взрослых с приобретенными нарушениями вербальной коммуникации после хирургического лечения опухолей головы и шеи. Лечение основного заболевания пациентов рассматриваемой категории приводит к выраженным органическим и функциональным дефектам, что становится значимым психотравмирующим фактором для самого человека и его семьи. Несмотря на стремление к повышению качества мероприятий, обеспечиваемых в условиях междисциплинарного взаимодействия специалистов медицинского и психолого-педагогического профилей, процесс реабилитации и ресоциализации в данном случае значительно осложняется. Цель исследования — увеличить эффективность психолого-педагогической реабилитации и ресоциализации пациентов с приобретенными нарушениями вербальной коммуникации после хирургического лечения опухолей головы и шеи. Поскольку специалистам психолого-педагогического сопровождения часто приходится контактировать с семьей и ближайшим окружением пациента, мы предположили, что тактически правильное поведение медиков и педагогов должно оказывать положительное влияние на процесс реабилитации и ресоциализации в целом. В статье представлены данные, выявляющие тенденции влияния микросоциального окружения на успешность социализации. Они свидетельствуют в пользу необходимости разработки коррекционно-педагогического направления, включающего технологии привлечения членов семьи к реабилитационно-восстановительному процессу. В статье описаны логопедические технологии, а также организационные формы работы с родственниками пациента, позволяющие максимально вовлечь семью в коррекционный процесс. Полученные результаты на объективных основаниях демонстрируют необходимость включения в систему логопедического воздействия технологий работы с семейным окружением, что способствует увеличению эффективности проводимых реабилитационных мероприятий.

Abstract: The article deals with psycho-pedagogical rehabilitation of adults with acquired disorders of verbal communication after surgical treatment of head and neck tumors. Treatment for the primary disease of the patients of the category under consideration leads to marked organic and functional defects, which turns out to be a significant psycho-traumatic factor for the patient and their family. Irrespective of the effort to improve the quality of intervention, organized under the conditions of interdisciplinary interaction between specialists of medical and psycho-pedagogical profiles, the process of rehabilitation and re-socialization is rather complicated in this case. The aim of the study is to augment the effectiveness of psycho-pedagogical rehabilitation and re-socialization of patients with acquired disorders of verbal communication after surgical treatment of head and neck tumors. As long as specialists in psycho-pedagogical support often contact with family members and the people from the close environment of the patient, the authors of the article believe that tactically correct behavior of medical workers and pedagogues must exercise positive influence on the process of rehabilitation and re-socialization on the whole. The article presents the data revealing the tendencies of the influence of micro-social environment upon socialization success. They testify to the need to work out the rehabilitation-educational area involving the technologies of inclusion of the family members in the process of rehabilitation and recovery. The article describes logopedic technologies and organizational forms of work with the relatives of the patient, which allow engaging the family in the rehabilitation process to the maximum degree. The results obtained objectively demonstrate the need to include technologies of work with family environment in the system of logopedic intervention, which might facilitate improvement of the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures carried out by a team of specialists.
