Аннотация: Проблема физического развития детей дошкольного возраста с интеллектуальной недостаточностью остается по настоящее время малоизученной. Ее исследование является актуальным как в теоретическом, так и в практическом плане. Статья посвящена раскрытию особенностей двигательной сферы детей с задержкой психического развития (ЗПР) и с легкой умственной отсталостью, воспитывающихся в дошкольном учреждении. В ней представлены результаты экспериментального исследования общей моторики дошкольников с ЗПР церебрально-органического генеза и с легкой умственной отсталостью при поступлении в детский сад и после двух лет обучения. Исследование было проведено с помощью специально разработанной методики, связанной с содержанием работы по физическому развитию. Была применена качественно-количественная оценка основных элементов общей моторики. В статье дана характеристика ходьбы, бега, прыжков, координации движений двух возрастных групп детей (4–5 лет и 6–7 лет) с ЗПР и с легкой умственной отсталостью. На основе качественного и количественного анализа определены общие и специфические характеристики движений дошкольников с ЗПР и с легкой умственной отсталостью. Представленные результаты исследования позволили сделать вывод о наличии положительной динамики в развитии общей моторики у детей с интеллектуальной недостаточностью в условиях специально организованной коррекционно-развивающей работы в дошкольном учреждении. Подчеркнуты важность и необходимость изучения двигательной сферы для реализации индивидуального и дифференцированного подхода в процессе преодоления ее недостатков.

Abstract: The problem of physical development of preschool children with intellectual disability has been little studied until now. It is urgent both theoretically and practically. The article describes the peculiarities of the motor system of children with disorders of psychological development (DPD) and mild intellectual disability brought up in preschool institutions. It presents the results of an experimental study of general motor skills of preschoolers with DPD of cerebral-organic genesis and children with mild intellectual disability, at the time of entering a kindergarten and after 2 years of staying at it. The research was carried out with the help of specially developed methods, related to the content of the work on physical development. The authors used qualitative and quantitative assessment of basic elements of general motor skills. The article characterizes walking, running, jumping and movement coordination of the kids of two age groups: 4-5 and 6-7 years old with DPD and mild intellectual disability. Based on the qualitative and quantitative assessment, the study reports general and specific features of the movements of preschoolers with DPD and mild intellectual disability. The results presented have allowed the authors to conclude that there are positive dynamics in the development of general motor skills of the kids with DPD and intellectual disability under the conditions of specially organized rehabilitation-educational work at a preschool institution. The article stresses the importance and necessity of investigation of the motor sphere in order to realize the individual and differential approaches in the process of its rehabilitation.
