Аннотация: Статья посвящена проблеме развития слухоречевого восприятия у детей с глубокими нарушениями слуха. Раскрыта сущность понятия кохлеарной имплантации как высокотехнологичного метода восстановления слуха у глухих. Установлено, что кохлеарная имплантация включает не только хирургическую операцию вживления импланта во внутреннее ухо, но и обязательный комплекс реабилитационных мероприятий. Аргументирована идея необходимости обязательного реабилитационного сопровождения детей с кохлеарными имплантами, организованного с привлечением всех участников коррекционно-развивающего процесса. Определены организационно-педагогические условия слухоречевого развития детей после кохлеарной имплантации, к которым относятся разработка программы слухоречевого развития детей с кохлеарным имплантом; корректировка приемов логопедического воздействия в зависимости от особенностей речевого слуха; организация совместной работы логопеда, воспитателя, специалистов дошкольного образовательного учреждения и семьи. Экспериментальное обучение старших дошкольников после кохлеарной имплантации включало три направления: развитие фонематических процессов, развитие произносительной стороны речи, развитие самостоятельной фразовой речи. Сформулированные в статье положения подтверждены практикой и предоставят возможность руководителям и коллективам специальных дошкольных образовательных учреждений осуществлять управление процессом слухоречевого развития детей старшего дошкольного возраста после кохлеарной имплантации.

Abstract: The article deals with the problem of the development of auditory perception in children with severe hearing impairments. The authors explain the essence of the concept of cochlear implantation as a high-tech method of hearing restoration in deaf patients. It is noted that cochlear implantation includes not only the surgical operation of implanting the device into the inner ear but also a complex of rehabilitation measures. The study substantiates the need for mandatory rehabilitation support for children with cochlear implants, accompanied by participation of all those involved in the process of educational rehabilitation. The study outlines the organizational-pedagogical conditions for the hearing and speech development of children after cochlear implantation, which include: development of a program for the hearing and speech development of children with a cochlear implant; adjustment of the methods of pedagogical intervention depending on the peculiarity of the phonemic awareness; organization of joint activity of a speech therapist, teacher, preschool education specialists, and the family. The experimental training of senior preschoolers after cochlear implantation included three areas: the development of phonemic processes, the development of the pronunciation aspect of speech, and the development of independent phrasal speech. The conclusions formulated in the article are confirmed by practice and may allow preschool administrators and workers of special preschool education institutions to control the process of hearing and speech development of children of senior preschool age after cochlear implantation.
