Аннотация: В свете Закона «Об образовании в Российской Федерации», современных тенденций реализации компетентностного подхода в образовании осуществляется пере-стройка форм, методов, содержания и технологий обучения детей как до-школьного, так и школьного возраста, поскольку новая парадигма образования предусматривает приобретение детьми компетенций, которые стали бы основой высококачественной под-готовки ребенка к реальной жизни. В статье проведен анализ современных психолого-педагогических технологий обучения и оздоровления детей, который показывает, что обучение детей и их оздоровление протекают на практике, как правило, отдельно друг от друга, за исключением некоторых гигиенических аспектов обучения. При этом современный уровень научно-методических достижений в общей и специальной педагогике позволяет выходить на уникальные инновационные пути обучения, вести поиск интегративных подходов с целью оптимизации коррекционно-образовательного процесса, не уменьшая, а повышая уровень качества образования. Автором представлена инновационная технология обучения детей с ОВЗ грамоте, основанная на комплексном подходе к процессу формирования грамотности. Технология предполагает активную опору при обучении грамоте на все системы организма ребенка — зрительную, слуховую, речевую, двигательную и эмоциональную. Оригинальность технологии состоит в интеграции интеллектуально-познавательного компонента деятельности обучающихся с двигательной деятельностью при принятии туловищем различных поз и выполнении телодвижений, символизирующих буквы алфавита. Представленная технология позволяет оптимизировать процесс обучения детей с ОВЗ, направлена на развитие речи обучающихся, их оздоровление и улучшение эмоционального состояния.

Abstract: Renovation of the forms, methods, content and technologies of teaching children of both school and preschool ages is carried out under the “Law on Education in the Russian Federation” and according to the modern tendencies of realization of the competence-based approach to education, because the new education paradigm presupposes acquisition of the competences which would make up the basis for high quality preparation of the child for real life. The article analyzes modern psycho-pedagogical technologies of teaching children and promoting their health. It actually shows that teaching and health promotion are, in real practice, separate processes disconnected from each other, with the exception of some hygienic aspects of education. And the modern level of scientific-methodological research in general and special pedagogy in particular makes it possible to enter unique innovative avenues of learning, search for integrative approaches with the purpose of optimization of the rehabilitation-educational process not only without reducing the level of education quality but actually raising it to a new height. The author presents an innovative technology of teaching reading and writing to children with disabilities based on a comprehensive approach to the process of formation of literacy. The technology of teaching reading and writing presupposes active support of all systems of the child’s organism — visual, auditory, motor and emotional. The originality of the given technology consists in the integration of the intellectual-cognitive component of the children’s activity with the motor activity while performing various body movements symbolizing the letters of the alphabet. The technology presented allows optimizing the process of teaching children with disabilities, and is aimed at the development of speech of the pupils, promotion of their health and improvement of their emotional well-being
