Аннотация: В статье представлен теоретический обзор некоторых отечественных и зарубежных исследований, описывающих опыт использования альтернативных средств коммуникации для обучения навыкам вербального поведения детей с тяжелыми множественными нарушениями развития. Авторы статьи в ходе анализа специальной литературы описывают параметры состояния ребенка и особенностей окружающей среды, которые влияют на подбор средств альтернативной коммуникации. Описывая противоречия между потребностью социальной коммуникации детей с тяжелыми множественными нарушениями развития и готовностью родителей, воспитывающих этих детей, к обучению их альтернативной коммуникации, авторы статьи анализируют теоретические данные и имеющиеся в их распоряжении результаты анонимного анкетирования родителей. Они приводят результаты анкетирования, проведенного в 2004–2007 гг. и в 2019–2022 гг. Сравнивая результаты, авторы описывают изменения в отношении родителей, воспитывающих детей с тяжелыми множественными нарушениями развития, к использованию альтернативных средств коммуникации, анализируют причины этих изменений. Отмечается динамика изменений в отношении понимания значимости альтернативной коммуникации для самого ребенка со стороны окружающих его взрослых. Авторы статьи описывают результаты теоретического и эмпирического анализа, выделяя не только отношение родителей к альтернативной коммуникации, но и затруднения в использовании альтернативной коммуникации в семьях детей с тяжелыми множественными нарушениями развития. В результате теоретического и эмпирического анализа кратко сформулированы условия эффективного подбора альтернативных средств коммуникации.

Abstract: The article presents a theoretical review of some domestic and foreign studies describing the experience of using alternative means of communication to teach verbal behavior skills to children with severe multiple developmental disorders. In the course of analyzing special literature, the authors of the article describe the parameters of the child's condition and the specificity of the environment that affect the selection of alternative communication tools. Describing the contradictions between the need for social communication of children with severe multiple developmental disabilities and the willingness of the parents raising these children to teach them alternative communication, the authors of the article analyze the theoretical data on the issue and the results of an anonymous survey of parents available to them. They cite the results of a survey conducted in 2004-2007 and in 2019-2022. Comparing the results, the authors describe changes in the attitude of the parents raising children with severe multiple developmental disabilities to the use of alternative means of communication, and analyze the reasons for these changes. The study notes the dynamics of changes in the understanding of the importance of alternative communication for the child by the adults around them. The authors of the article describe the results of the theoretical and empirical analysis, highlighting not only the attitude of the parents to alternative com-munication, but also the difficulties in using alternative communication in families of children with severe multiple developmental disorders. As a result of theoretical and empirical analysis, the conditions for the effective selection of alternative means of communication are briefly formulated.
