Аннотация: Статья посвящена проблеме формирования у дошкольников с на-рушениями интеллекта основ экологической культуры. Автором раскрыто значение и сформулирована важность развития экологической культуры у дошкольников с интеллектуальной недостаточностью. Сопоставлены понятия «экологическое образование», «экологическая культура», «экологическое воспитание», используемые в педагогике. Рассмотрены место и содержание экологического воспитания в дошкольной педагогике в соответствии с Федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом дошкольного образования. Представлен анализ работ по экологическому образованию дошкольников и младших школьников с умственной отсталостью, дано определение термина «экологическая культура» применительно к обучающимся с интеллектуальными нарушениями. Изучены современные программы воспитания и обучения детей с интеллектуальной недостаточностью с целью выявления задач и места в учебном процессе работы по формированию основ экологической культуры у дошкольников с умственной отсталостью. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что экологическое воспитание может быть реализовано в разных аспектах через все образовательные области стандарта дошкольного образования, при этом оно носит универсальный характер и обеспечивает становление у детей основ экологической культуры как комплекса личностных качеств, обеспечивающих ответственное отношение к природе, умение правильно взаимодействовать с ней. В заключение делается вывод, что в современных условиях инклюзивного образования возможным становится формирование основ экологической культуры у дошкольников в едином образовательном пространстве, но с учетом познавательных возможностей разных групп умственно отсталых детей-дошкольников. Статья может быть полезна специалистам в области дошкольной олигофренопедагогики и студентам-дефектологам, так как отражает современный этап развития педагогической науки.

Abstract: The article deals with the issue of formation of the foundations of ecological culture in preschool children with intellectual disability. The author demonstrates the significance and formulates the importance of development of the ecological culture in preschool children with intellectual disability. The article compares the notions “ecological education”, “ecological culture” and “ecological upbringing” used in pedagogy. The place and the content of ecological education in preschool pedagogy are determined in compliance with the Federal State Educational Standard of preschool education. The author analyzes works on the ecological education of preschool children and junior schoolchildren with intellectual disability and defines the term “ecological culture” with reference to learners with intellectual disabilities. The article describes the modern programs of teaching and upbringing of children with intellectual disability with the purpose of revealing the tasks and the role of the work aimed to form the foundations of ecological culture in preschool children with intellectual disability in the education process. The author comes to the conclusion that the ecological education can be realized in various aspects across all educational areas of the Standard of preschool education, and it has a universal character and creates the necessary conditions for the development of the foundations of ecological culture in children as a complex of personal traits ensuring a responsible attitude to the nature and the ability to interact with it in a proper way. The author concludes that under the modern conditions of inclusive education, it becomes possible to create the foundations of ecological culture in preschool children in the universal educational space taking into account the cognitive potential of different groups of preschoolers with intellectual disabilities. The article may be useful to specialists in the field of preschool olygophrenopedagogy and to students-defectologists as it reflects the modern stage of development of the pedagogical science.
