Аннотация: В статье показано,
что несформированность высших психических функций может вызвать
нарушение процесса овладением письмом — дизорфографию. В современной специальной литературе отсутствует единый подход к пониманию
причин и проявлений дизорфографии.
Особенно актуальна эта проблема в
отношении детей с задержкой психического развития.

Abstract: The article proves that poor
development of higher mental functions
may cause disturbance of the process of
acquiring writing skills — disorthography.
In special books today there is no unanimous understanding of the reasons and
manifestations of disorthography. This
problem is particularly urgent in regard to
mentally retarded children.
