Аннотация: Статья посвящена вопросу музыкального воспитания детей первых лет жизни с нормативным и нарушенным развитием. Отмечается важность периода раннего детства, который характеризуется высокими компенсаторными возможностями и пластичностью детского организма. Подчеркиваются огромный потенциал искусства, значительная роль музыки в жизни каждого человека, влияние музыкального искусства на познавательное, речевое, двигательное и социальное развитие нормально развивающихся детей и детей с нарушениями в развитии в процессе оказания им психолого-педагогической помощи. Рассматриваются основы теории и практики музыкального развития детей раннего возраста; этапы становления и виды детской музыкальной деятельности; задачи проведения музыкальных коррекционно-развивающих занятий. Представлены отдельные авторские методики и подходы к развитию детей раннего возраста средствами музыки, подчеркиваются ее эмоциональная сущность и ритмическая организация. Достаточное внимание уделено важности накопленных музыкальных впечатлений, полученных ребенком на самых ранних этапах становления его жизни. Проанализирован музыкальный репертуар детей за несколько десятилетий, описаны детские музыкальные предпочтения и музыкальные интересы их родителей, оказывающие большое влияние на формирование будущей культуры ребенка. Находясь в насыщенной положительными эмоциями музыкальной среде, ребенок овладевает музыкальным языком, а научившись чувствовать и осмысливать выразительность музыкальной речи, будет испытывать потребность в ней, любить и понимать музыку. Акцентируется внимание на том, что при проведении коррекционно-развивающих музыкальных занятий с детьми раннего возраста с проблемами в развитии большую роль играет тесное взаимодействие педагогов, специалистов сопровождения и родителей детей с ОВЗ, создание специальных условий для полноценного развития каждого ребенка в процессе музыкального воспитания.

Abstract: The article deals with the issue of musical upbringing of children of first years of life with typical and impaired development. The authors note the importance of the period of early childhood characterized by high com-pensatory capabilities and plasticity of the child's organism. The study emphasizes a huge potential of art and a significant role of music in the life of every person, and reports the influence of musical art on cognitive, speech, motor and social development of typically developing children and children with developmental disabilities in the process of providing them with psycho-pedagogical support. The paper considers the fundamentals of the theory and practice of musical development of young children, the stages of formation and types of children's musical activity; and the tasks of conducting musical rehabilitation-educational classes. Separate authored methods and ap-proaches to the development of children at an early age by means of music are presented; and its emotional essence and rhythmic organization are emphasized. Considerable attention is paid to the importance of accumulated musical impressions received by the child at the earliest stages of their life. The study analyzes several decades of musical repertoire of children and describes children's musical preferences and musical interests of their parents, which have a great influence on the formation of child’s future culture. Being in a musical environment saturated with positive emotions, the child masters the musical language, and having learned to feel and comprehend the expressiveness of musical speech, they will feel the need for it, and will love and understand music. Attention is focused on the fact that when conducting rehabilitation-educational music classes with children of an early age with developmental problems, an important role is played by close interaction between teachers, support specialists and parents of children with disabilities and by the creation of special conditions for allround development of each child in the process of musical upbringing.
